Bomb Rush Cyberfunk has been pushed back sadly. Team Reptile just said that the project will now be coming in the summer of 2023.
The game was first said to be coming to Switch in August of 2017. Team Reptile had planned to finish it this year and release it as a limited-time console exclusive. But the extra time will be used to make “a unique and satisfying game.”
Team Reptile said on social media, “We’re sure that putting the game out this year won’t bring it to a level where we’d be happy with it.” Bomb Rush Cyberfunk won’t be ready until summer 2023 because we want to make a fun and unique game.

- In the game, you can freely move around the three-dimensional streets as any member of your crew.
- The goal is to fail and make a name for yourself. There are many places in every neighborhood where you can paint graffiti. Once you have enough REP, you can challenge the local crew for the territory.

What the Graffiti Says
Your boostpack makes it easy for you to get to even the most crazy places. When you are near a spot with graffiti, you can turn on graffiti mode and float in the air. Hit all the targets, and the piece that shows up will depend on the order in which you hit them. When the spots are bigger, there are more of them to hit before the timer runs out.
How the Tricks Work
You can make combos out of your tricks and graffiti to make your score go up. If you get a combo, your score will change into a power boost. The more stylish you are, the more you can use this boost power to fly through the city at top speed. If you pull off a crazy enough combo, you’ll enter Bomb Rush Mode, which gives you an infinite amount of boost power.
