As part of the 2022 Tokyo Game Show, the first gameplay footage for Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion has been shown.

13 minutes of video have been shared by Famitsu. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is the HD remaster of the hit prequel to Final Fantasy VII, which was called Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.

All of the graphics have been remastered in HD, and the dialogue has been fully voiced, and the music has been rearranged. This makes for a dynamic new version of a well-known story.

About Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion tells the story of Zack Fair, a young warrior who is admired by the boy destined to save the world, trusted by men known as legendary heroes, and loved by the girl who holds the fate of the world in her hands. This epic saga, which goes beyond what an HD remaster can do, tells the full story of Zack’s dreams and honor, which is what ties him to Cloud.

– All graphics have been updated to HD, bringing the game up to date with the latest consoles. Characters and backgrounds have been updated as 3D models, making the game look better.

– The battle system has been greatly improved, making the game much easier to play. Conversations are fully voiced in both English and Japanese – Takeharu Ishimoto, the original composer, has made a new arrangement of the soundtrack.

Shinra is a powerful company with a strong private army. Its headquarters are in Midgar, a city powered by mako. Zack Fair is a young soldier in the Shinra military’s elite unit, SOLDIER. He has a lot of potential. With the help of his mentor, SOLDIER 1st Class Angeal, and the SOLDIER hero Sephiroth, Zack starts looking into why so many SOLDIER operatives have been going missing recently.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion will come out on December 13, 2022, for Nintendo Switch.
