If you’ve purchased The Crimson Court DLC for Darkest Dungeon that released on Nintendo Switch just a few days ago, you may have noticed that it’s actually impossible to beat.
The Courtyard Dungeon in this piece of DLC is designed so that players have to return to this large dungeon to complete it and pick up the progress in the same place they exited.
DLC Glitch
Unfortunately, due to a glitch, players are reporting on Reddit that they are placed back at the beginning. On top of that, a disease is spread across your party making it even more difficult (and ultimately impossible) as you’re expected to complete the missions within set timescales.
The developer, Red Hook, has said it’s aware and the team is working on a patch.
For a game which employs perma-death well this is game breaking for sure. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon!
