Delphox, a dual fire-type and psychic-type Pokemon, will join team-based combat in Pokemon Unite on both the Nintendo Switch and iOS and Android devices.
The news was posted via the official Pokemon Unite account, and the Delphox render looks fantastic. Delphox first appeared in Pokemon X & Y, which was released on the Nintendo 3DS system in 2013. Delphox will be available to European gamers in the early hours of June 9th.

About Delphox
Delphox is a fox-like bipedal Pokémon. It is dressed in a large fur coat that resembles a robe. The majority of this “robe” is dark crimson, with red-orange, flame-like patterns towards the knees. A tiny tuft of white fur covers its midsection, which is bordered by yellow fur cascading down from its shoulders. It has long red fur on its forearms that resemble sleeves, and its hands and feet are dark gray with three clawed fingers and toes, respectively. A yellow-furred tail protrudes from its “robe.” It has yellow hair on its head and longer white fur on its cheeks. It has crimson eyes and a narrow, pinkish snout.
Each ear has three tufts of red-orange hair protruding from it. When its mouth is open, two pointed teeth on its upper jaw may be seen.
Delphox holds a stick that it wields as if it were a magic wand. When in use, the tip of the stick is lit, and when not, it is concealed away in its sleeve-like fur. Delphox focuses its attention on the flame at the tip of its wand in order to develop a concentrated state of mind that enables it to see into the future. It can utilize its mental abilities to trap its foes in a scorching vortex that can reach 5,400 degrees Fahrenheit (3,000 degrees Celsius).
