Disney Dreamlight Valley, a free-to-play life simulation adventure game, has been unveiled by Gameloft. It will be released on Nintendo Switch in 2023, but an Early Access version will be available this summer as part of a Founder’s Pack.
About Disney Dreamlight Valley
After arriving in Dreamlight Valley’s dream world, players will begin on an intriguing adventure to repair a once-idyllic town that has become bleak and infested with Night Thorns due to a mystery occurrence known as The Forgetting. Discover the intriguing truths that lead you to this new world and explore numerous regions inspired by classic Disney and Pixar worlds, all while assisting the town’s famous residents in regaining their memories.
Players will encounter and form friendships with characters from Mickey & Friends, Disney’s The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, and Moana, and Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story, among others, throughout this adventure. Immerse yourself in a variety of unique individualized story arcs and activities with some of the village’s most memorable characters, such as preparing delectable Disney-themed dishes in your own village restaurant alongside Remy from Disney and Pixar’s Ratatouille, fishing at Goofy’s fishing hole, or growing vegetables in Wall-garden E’s patch.
Players will be able to create the Disney and Pixar towns of their dreams in a variety of biomes, ranging from the snowy peaks of the Frosted Heights to the peaceful meadows of the Peaceful Meadow and beyond—all while customizing their avatars, houses, and villages. An ever-changing catalog of Disney princess-inspired ballgowns, Mickey-adorned streetwear, Frozen-inspired antique kitchen designs, and more will be available in the game.
The Nintendo Switch eShop will include Disney Dreamlight Valley.
