Donkey Kong is joining the party, but he is not alone!
It took a while, but a trailer has recently appeared for the upcoming expansion of Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. This expansion consists of an extra story based on the adventures of Donkey Kong.

The story takes you to an island based on the world of the beloved monkey and will be accompanied by Rabbid Peach. But that is not the only Rabbid to fight, because Rabbid Cranky or Cranky Rabbid (?) Will strengthen the team and act as the big surprise in the trailer.
The story of Donkey Kong Adventure takes place after the first world and will know about ten hours of content. What is secretly more than most of us will have expected.
The island will have a varying landscape. Think of landscapes based on beach and jungle, where references to Donkey Kong games will be made. The new characters are distinguished from new weapons, including a Boomerang in the shape of a banana. While playing Donkey Kong Adventure you are bound to the previously mentioned characters as far as the trailer shows us
It is unclear to what extent it is possible to play the continuation of the story and the multiplayer with the brand new characters.
