Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as a game has been out 5 years now, 4 of which with a Nintendo Switch version. But still the game is receiving more content, in the form of DLC.
As recently, another new DLC character has been announced.

Jiren (Full Power) is the next character in “Legendary Pack 2”. Also on the way are 2 new outfits, Teen Bulma and Trunk’s Final Outfit. The character and outfits will be releasing this fall.
About Jiren
In this state, Jiren gains a substantial increase in muscle mass and definition causing veins around his body to bulge out, and an aura which has a sparkling crimson color and a pattern consisting of rippling, fire-like energy similar to Goku’s Perfected Ultra Instinct but without the sparkling trails of particles.
In the anime, Jiren achieved this state when the fear of losing made him relive all the trauma from his past, allowing him to break through his previous limitations in order to battle Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku.
