About Dragon Quest X Offline

Dragon Quest X: Awakening of the Five Tribes Offline is a one-player version of Dragon Quest X that will be released soon. It was said in a YouTube livestream on May 27, 2021, which was the 35th anniversary of the show. On October 3, 2021, at that year’s Tokyo Game Show, it was said that the game would come out on February 26, 2022, but it was later pushed back to September 15, 2022.

The Sleeping Hero and the Guided Allies, the first expansion for the online game, will be added at a later date, along with paid downloadable content. This offline remake will come out in two different versions: one with just the base game and the other with the base game and its expansion.

The “action interruption” system of the online version is changed to the more traditional turn-based command system of other Dragon Quest games. The player will be able to change how the main character and their sibling look when they are human, as well as what race they become when they die. At the beginning of the game, the main character can choose to be a Warrior, Priest, Mage, Priest, Martial Artist, or Minstrel. As the player moves through the story and completes special quests, they will be able to get access to more advanced jobs.

One character from each of the game’s five races will join the main character’s party in the online version. The player can have up to three of these allies in their party at the same time, and they can switch them out at any time. These are the five things:

Mjoll is a young Ogre from the snowy village of Rangao who knows how to fight.

Raguas is the Poppet prince of the Megistris Kingdom, and he has a weak heart.

Fuura is a young Elf woman from Azlan, the Wind Town.

Hussar is a young Wetling who lived in an orphanage when he was growing up.

Duston is a dwarf who likes to pick up old things.

Dragon Quest X Online also has some other differences.

The game’s graphics are really messed up. The characters’ bodies are smaller and their heads are bigger, and the colors are more saturated as a whole.

Because of the change in the way the game looks, the maps have also been changed. They are smaller than their counterparts in X Online so that players can move around them more easily.

Since Version 5 of the online game, there will be voice acting in the cutscenes of the game.

Now, skill panels like the ones in XI let characters unlock skills and other benefits.

Like in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition, there are sets of clothes that change how the party members look.

After beating the game, players will be able to move their data to the Online version with a Spell of Restoration and start with a level 70 character in the profession they played in Offline.

On September 15, 2022, Dragon Quest X Offline will come out for Nintendo Switch in Japan. Square Enix hasn’t said anything about putting the game out in the west yet.
