GTA Trilogy – Significantly exceeded expectations, sold 10 million units

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition sales have “substantially surpassed expectations,” according to Take-Two. Many people will be disappointed by the news, since the remastered ports were released in a bad shape on all platforms, but Nintendo Switch players were the most struck. Although some of the bugs have been eradicated, many others persist. Rockstar Games was forced to publicly apologize for the condition in which the game was released.

The ports itself were not handled by Rockstar and were instead assigned to Grove Street Games, a third-party developer.
