Information first DLC Fire Emblem Warriors

The first DLC for Fire Emblem Warriors finally got an exact release date, which is December 21st.This expansion pack will mainly focus on the characters and events of Fire Emblem Fates.

Below you can see what you can expect from the Fates DLC.

Characters

The first new playable character is Azura, a princess of Nohr and protagonist of Fire Emblem Fates. Azura is a “Songstress” and can supplement allies  Warrior- Awakening bar during battles with the power of her voice. The second character is already an NPC in the main game, the clerk of Takumi, Oboro. Oboro is a spear fighter and could use its “Counter” -skill to create a shock wave as they defend against a strong attack of an opponent. 

The third character is Niles, which is also an NPC from in the main game. Niles is one of the servants of Leo and under the “Thief” class, specializes in the bow and arrow. His special skill “lethality” increases the chance that he inflicts critical damage to enemies.

History Mode

The DLC adds three new History cards to accomplish missions on. These cards are Mourning Beast, The Country Where God Sits and Ice Village. All three cards are based on chapters from the Fire Emblem games Fates.

Costumes

In addition to the new characters there will also be new costumes to be added to existing characters. For instance female Corrin access Hoshidan Noble costume and male Corrin access to the  Nohr Noble costume. Takumi gets a butler outfit, is based on Jacob from Fire Emblem Fates and Camilla costume of a maid, based on Felicia and Flora from Fire Emblem Fates.

The new character Azura will beside her main outfit also get access to the Dark Diva costume made famous in the Dark Dance scene from Fire Emblem Fates. In addition to these exclusive costumes all the characters originally from Fire Emblem Fates now get the opportunity to fight in “destroyed armor”.

New object

The DLC pack also includes a new object, the Federal Amulet. With it the bond between characters during combat can grow faster.
