iOS 16 was revealed at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference 2022, and there’s some Nintendo Switch-related news in there. It turns out that the OS supports the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller as well as the Joy-Con. As a result, these controllers may be used with any Apple device that supports iOS 16.

Delta approves
Riley Testut, a developer who worked on the Delta emulator, broke the word regarding Switch functionality. Not only can a single Joy-Con be supported, but so can both. By holding the screenshot capture and home buttons for a few seconds, you may switch between using the Joy-Cons separately and as one combined controller.
The Nintendo Switch controller settings may be changed in the Settings app’s Bluetooth menu. Developers may now access an iOS 16 beta starting today.
Those interested in iOS 16 can keep a look out for another public beta, which is scheduled for July. It will subsequently be made available to all users this autumn.
