Nintendo has launched a new Switch ad in Japan that emphasizes the console’s health and sports features. Nintendo Switch Sports is the major focus of the commercial, apart from a tease with the Ring Con.
About Nintendo Switch Sports
Use Joy-Con controllers to play soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis, badminton, and Chambara (swordplay)! The controls are simple, so you can get right on the court (or lanes, or field, or arena). You can bend your bowling ball, add spin to a tennis stroke, and even kick the ball in a Soccer Shootout using a Joy-Con and the Leg Strap attachment. On the same system or online, family and friends may participate in the fun. In addition, a seventh sport, Golf, will be introduced through a free update this autumn.
Play online against opponents from all around the world to win in-game awards or compete in the Pro League.
Compete against opponents from all around the globe in order to reach the Pro League in each sport. Redeem points earned when playing online in random matching for in-game gifts such as clothing, sports accessories, gear, and much more for your avatar. Each week, the selection of things will change, so come back to discover what’s new!
Play with your friends and family in the same room or on the other side of the globe.
In all six sports, you may bowl, spike, and battle with your buddies! Give a Joy-Con controller to a pal for some 1v1, 2v2, or a free-for-all fun. Bowling allows all players to bowl at the same time, eliminating the need to wait for your turn. Play each game alone or with a companion on the same system to compete against opponents near and distant in team sports like as volleyball and tennis.
On April 29, 2022, Nintendo Switch Sports will be released globally.
