Konami, a video game production company and publisher that has been in business for a very long time, has hinted that they are working on a large number of new video game projects as well as fresh advancements for existing series. Unfortunately, the firm did not provide any more details in their greeting for the New Year, although there have been rumors circulating about Metal Gear Solid and Castlevania remakes and remasters for quite some time now.

It is also common knowledge that the Japanese business contracts out the development of some of their titles to other studios, such as the Polish studio Bloober Team’s work on the newly revealed remake of Silent Hill 2, which is now in development.
