About Lunistice

Players will take on the role of Hana the Tanuki in the game. You’ll leap and battle your way through her dreams, with the moon as your ultimate goal. There will be seven distinct dreams to explore. Speedrun Mode will be available, as well as the ability to play as characters from previous games.

The original concept for Lunistice, it turns out, was “a self-imposed goal to produce a commercially viable game in under 30 days.” The development process took a little more than a year in total.

We came up with the concept of providing as much information about the game’s creation and release as possible in order to help forthcoming game creators and provide interested gamers an insight into the production and marketing process. That means we’ll be tweeting sales figures, discount schemes, and useful development and marketing information. If you want to support this method and experiment, you may purchase the game.

Lunistice will be available as an eShop download on the Nintendo Switch.
