About Mario Strikers: Battle League
In Mario Strikers: Battle League Football, players may choose from famous Mushroom Kingdom characters such as Mario, Peach, Donkey Kong, and Toad, and compete locally with up to eight other players or online. A Team Tackle may be used to assist a teammate in covering more territory, knocking down opponents, or grabbing a Strike Orb to unleash a Hyper Strike for two points. Strike features no fouls, so you may make the other side regret ever crossing studs with you!
Even in the absence of regulations, safety is vital. While the game is simple to learn and play, players may use deeper strategy by wearing showy clothing that can be fitted to strengthen their characters’ attributes, which differ depending on character, such as greater speed and shooting for more scoring potential, or increased strength to withstand tackles. Each character also has a distinct Striker Style to uncover.
Once equipped, players may join their frightening pals in the online-only Strikers Club mode. In this mode, players may form their own team with up to 20 strikers or join an existing one, then compete against other clubs to earn points and move up the rankings each season. Club owners may personalize their club’s jersey and earn tokens after each match that can be used to personalize the club stadium.
