A brand new trailer for the Mega Man Battle Network: Legacy Collection has been published by Capcom. In the teaser titled “Additional Features,” we see two upcoming additions to the game.

The “Buster MAX” mode increases Mega Man’s buster’s damage by a factor of 100, making it easier to speed through net fights so that players can focus on the plot, and the inclusion of all 499 patch cards, actual cards issued exclusively in Japan that could be scanned into the games, are also firsts.

Capcom’s Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is a compilation of tactical role-playing games.
In 2023, the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will release on modern systems including the Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC through Steam, bringing with it all ten Mega Man Battle Network games, along with graphical filters and other bonus material.
Network Navigators (or NetNavi for short) are computer programs used in the near future linked world of Net Society to oversee everything from toasters to city power systems. This is the setting for Mega Man Battle Network. The Internet has made many things easier, but it has also brought a tsunami of cybercrime that is undermining our civilization at every level. You play the role of Lan Hikari, utilizing your own Personal Electronic Terminal (PET) and his NetNavi, MegaMan.EXE, to stop cybercriminals. MegaMan.EXE is under the player’s control as he traverses the internet, fights enemies in a grid-based system, and upgrades his powers using Battle Chips to the point where he can wipe out even the most malicious viruses.
