Microsoft and Mojang announced a new milestone for the popular Minecraft Dungeons game, which has now surpassed 15 million players since its release in 2020.
The action-adventure Minecraft spin-off may be played alone or with groups, and it has a few paid additions since its initial release. Because the game has achieved the 15 million player mark, Mojang has announced the Festival of Frost event, which will run from now through the 22nd and will lure players with new challenges and prizes set in an icy environment.

“From now through February 22, gamers may take part in the Festival of Frost, which includes a variety of icy challenges! Tower runners will be pleased to learn that their favorite tall building now has new frost-themed floors. Furthermore, seasonal trials from the Chills and Thrills event will return, allowing gamers who missed out on last year’s event to partake in the fun. Finally, as a thank you for being a part of our continuing adventure, any player who logs into the game after February 8 will get the “Iceologer Cape” award as a thank you for being a part of it!”
