The long-running and highly renowned action role-playing game franchise is back on Nintendo SwitchTM!

To become the greatest hunter in this game, which is set in the ninja-themed area of Kamura Village, you will need to explore beautiful ecosystems and fight deadly animals. It has been fifty years since the last catastrophe befell the area, but a horrifying new beast has just made its appearance and poses the risk of returning the region to its previous state of anarchy.

You may collect prizes that can be used to construct a wide array of different weapons and armor by hunting either by yourself or with a group of buddies. Monster Hunter is famed for its intense battles, and the game’s developers have announced that brand new gameplay mechanics, such as the high-flying ‘Wire Action’ and your canine companion ‘Palamute,’ will bring thrilling new dimensions to these battles.

On the Nintendo Switch, you’ll always be prepared for your next hunt, no matter where you are or what you’re doing: at home, on the road, online, or offline.

Features

Featuring the return of four-player cooperative gaming in full force!

Make your way around with the help of the Wirebug! – If you let go of the Wirebug and move in any direction, it will use a particularly robust kind of silk to drag you in its path. This not only enables you to travel rugged and steep terrain at fast speeds, but it also allows you to mix attacks with your weapons to create unique combinations! Explore open areas by navigating the environment with your Wirebug and navigating barriers.

New creatures with their own distinct ecosystems:

Magnamalo, the primary antagonist of MONSTER HUNTER RISE, is a terrifying Fanged Wyvern that stalks its victims with unrelenting vengeance. Magnamalo is the game’s major antagonist.

When the enormous Bird Wyvern known as Aknosom stands on one leg, its unusual collar creates the impression that it is holding a monster parasol. It is very protective of its territory, and when it spots an intruder, it will stretch its wings and open the crest on its head, which resembles a pair of eyes, to create a menacing appearance.

A Bird Wyvern known as a Great Izuchi possesses a tail that has developed into the form of a scythe, which it employs to strike the creatures it hunts. Great Izuchi often travel around their region in packs together with lesser Izuchi, with the two Izuchi that are considered to be the most dangerous always following close behind their leader. Once they have located their target, they immediately launch a barrage of combined assaults.

Tetranadon is the name of an amphibian that may be identified by its enormous and rotund body. It has an incredibly voracious appetite and will consume anything that moves, even gravel, in its whole. After it has finished feeding, its stomach will enlarge, which will cause it to move more slowly, but it will also cause its assaults to become more heavier and much more devastating.

In addition to the introduction of brand-new monsters, the game will also see the return of a significant number of previously featured creatures that were very popular with players.

A Different Kind of Companion!

The dependable new friend known as the “Palamute” makes its debut in this game. It not only assists you with supporting assaults, but it also allows you to ride on its back!
