N64 Switch Online – Version 2.9.0 fixes Yoshi’s Story boss fight

The Nintendo 64 emulator software for Nintendo Switch Online has been subject to some behind-the-scenes development by Nintendo, which has resulted in a version jump to 2.9.0. The battle against the Inviso monster in the lovable Yoshi’s Story seems to have been corrected with the latest version. In the past, when players met the boss fight, the bosses’ translucent nature caused the items in the backdrop to be hidden from view. This has now been fixed. It is encouraging to learn that Nintendo is always improving the old software that is mimicked on their systems.

Alongside the release of GoldenEye 007, the program for the Nintendo 64 was updated to version 2.9.0.
