Square Enix revealed NEO: The World Ends With You – an official follow-up to The World Ends With You. It seems as you do not have to worry about the new game’s music.
That is as it will match up to the original’s legendary soundtrack! Takeharu Ishimoto, composer of the original The World Ends With You for Nintendo DS, confirmed on Twitter that he would be in charge for NEO: The World Ends With You‘s music.
While he did not reveal further details, he expressed much enthusiasm for the project:

Which translates to; I will be in charge of the new music. No matter what the fashion is, I will try to do what I can do in life size! Takeharu Ishimoto will also be in charge of the soundtrack for the upcoming anime adaptation of The World Ends With You.
NEO: The World Ends With You will be hitting Nintendo Switch in Summer 2021.
