The release date for New Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja for Nintendo Switch was confirmed by the game’s creator Mr Nutz Studio and its distributor Microids.
The Nintendo Switch version of the retro SNES game will be made available online on November 24th, 2022, and physically on December 13th. The Limited T-Rex Edition that was originally described will likely be available on the same day as the physical release.

Two cavemen called Joe & Mac were enjoying serene lives in their tranquil hamlet when “Rock & Roll” was simply rock and “quick food” was a supper rushing away from you. Up until a group of Neanderthal primates ransacked the community and abducted every woman!
In order to release their cherished ladies, our cavemen must engage in combat with ferocious dinosaurs and other carnivorous plants. New Joe & Mac promises to be nasty and absolutely insane, so don’t be deceived by these newly redesigned visuals!
This new version of the cult arcade classic, created by Mr. Nutz Studio (Toki, Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All! ), invites players to discover a dependable remake and is enhanced with an Arcade Mode that offers a remaster of the original game as well as a longer version of the story mode called Extended. A local two-player co-op option will be available in New Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja, much like the original game that was created for arcade play in the 1990s. A training mode, a boss rush mode, and even a speedrun option will be included in the game!
A special T-Rex Edition of New Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja will also be released and include: Two sticker sheets, one trade card, the game New Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja, and a 3D keychain.
