Nexomon Extinction version 2.0.1 patch notes

Nexomon Extinction version 2.0.1 patch notes

Nexomon Extinction has received an upgrade, with version 2.0.1 released. Players will have access to new followers after downloading the patch. A lot of changes and corrections have also been made.

Version 2.0.1 patch notes

  • [FIX] Greater Drake sidequests in the skeletal maps are lost if the player activates the Abyssal post-game content. It not only prohibits the player from capturing those drakes, but it also inhibits the player from utilizing Eliza’s replication function to discover legendaries in the wild (including the Abyssal Tyrants). The Greater Drake sidequests are now available on the four devastated maps.
  • [FIX] Because Eliza is no longer there after defeating Kroma, the player will not get her advice on Venefelis’ labyrinth design. Her character will now remain in the game until the player defeats Venefelis.
  • Tyrant Byeol may now spawn in the orphanage woods as well.
  • [FIX] Nexomon’s favorite dishes are the Deyam and Masquiti lines.
  • [FIX] It is possible to utilize the Portable Warpstone immediately after the Ignitia elevator attack sequence, allowing the player to re-take the elevator even though it has not yet been repaired, causing them to spawn in the midst of the lava. During this phase, the Portable Warpstone is currently deactivated.
  • For convenience, the inventory will prioritize the Portable Warpstone and Portable Storage goods to display higher on the list.
  • Minor collision repairs and grass repositioning in the Abyssal zone.
  • Bonnie’s speech to unlock the Tier-MAX cores in the Abyssal Region has been relocated to the map, accompanied by a massive rock (north from camp).
  • Furthermore, Bonnie’s conversation has been repeated in other places (although after you’ve spoken with her, she vanishes from all of them):
    • Close to the icy cavern.
    • Close to the cook camp.
    • The entrance to the black labyrinth.
    • The miners’ cave.
  • Several new followers have been added. They appear in the list only if you have unlocked them:
    • Meeting Atlas makes him a follower.
    • Winning the Cadium Arena grants Derek access.
    • Resurrecting Nivalis frees Lobo.
    • Successfully completing the main plot unlocks Coco.
    • Beating Volcel frees Ross.
    • Learning to Lure frees Nora.
    • Beating Kroma frees Eliza.
    • Completing the main plot, post-game, every sidequest, and possessing all 427 Nexomon unlocks Trashman as a follower. As well as Ulzar.
  • [FIX] Growth berries did not result in the current EXP being reset to zero.
  • [FIX] A patch of grass in the dark labyrinth of Precursor Valley was not responding to the player.
  • Beating the post-game is another method to get Eliza’s duplicate capability.
  • [FIX] Releasing a “unique” Nexomon would cause it to be marked as uncaught even if the player already had copies. It will now only be listed as uncaught if the player does not have any further instances of that specific Nexomon. This is not retroactive; if you released a unique Nexomon before this update, you will still have to capture it again.
  • The cost of Growth Berries at the Friendship Shop has been cut from ten to five.
  • Poison will be inflicted to Moga if grapes are fed to him.
  • [FIX] The resolution of Abyssal Tyrant portraits during talks was poor.

Nexomon Extinction 2.0.1 is currently available to all Nintendo Switch users.
