Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris has received a new update, increasing the total number of game versions to 3.12. This version addresses a few bug fixes and adds some new options to the Incarnation Shard Exchange. The upgrade is considered to be very minor.

- There are now more exchange possibilities available at the Incarnation Shard Exchange, which can be accessed by having a conversation with the Enigma Broker in North Centoria.
- 10 Incarnation Shard M are equivalent to 100 Incarnation Shard S.
- 10 Incarnation Shards of Lower Level against 100 Incarnation Shards of Middle Level
- The quantity of Incarnation Shards that may be collected in the Mutated Beast Quests as prizes for completing the quests and as loot from treasure chests has been increased.
- Other minor flaws and difficulties have been fixed.
