Velvet Chair Girl is a leader of the Galactic Superhero Corps, No. 6 in the Galactic Ranking, and a boss in No More Heroes III. She controls a pink bioweapon known as Oma.
Velvet Chair Girl takes on the appearance of a highly-fashionable, alluring, and mystical woman, sporting circular spectacles with her bangs draping her right eye. She wears a beady face covering; similar to traditional Arabic dancers. She’s never without her pet bioweapon Oma, whom is capable of mass devastation and abstract alteration of living beings at her command. As per her namesake, she bethrones a luxurious floating velvet-lined chair.
