Ryota Kozuka and Toshiki Konishi composed Shin Megami Tensei V. They collaborated on the soundtrack for various Atlus games, including the Devil Survivor titles and the Persona Dancing games.

The “Ephemeral” tune on disc 1 kicks off the SMTV OST. The first disc largely comprises music from the game’s early stages, such as the “Daily Life” and “Jouin High School” tunes, while the latter discs have more dramatic fight themes.
