Pokemon Home – Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Brilliant Diamond / Shining Pearl support

Pokemon Home – Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Brilliant Diamond / Shining Pearl support

The Pokemon Company has announced that the huge 2.0.0 update for Pokemon Home will be available shortly. It will support Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, and Pokemon Shining Pearl once loaded.

Pokemon Home 2.0.0 update

The new update will enable fans to deposit and withdraw Pokémon from this and previous games. That implies you may use a Pikachu from Sword and Shield in another game, such as Pokemon Legends: Arceus. “Transferring Pokemon to a game they were not initially caught in may result in specific modifications to known moves, level, and what sort of Poké Ball they were captured in,” according to the rules.

The National Pokédex was the sole Pokédex in Pokémon HOME until now. However, beginning with version 2.0.0, the Pokédex from each game will be included. After installing Pokémon HOME version 2.0.0, Pokémon in your Boxes will be recorded in their respective game’s Pokédex. When the ver. 2.0.0 update is loaded, Pokémon that are not in a Box, such as those that have been traded away, will not be recorded.

By accomplishing accomplishments in the mobile device edition of Pokémon HOME, you may receive additional stickers to update your profile. Certain requirements must be met in order for these accomplishments to be fulfilled.

Strange Balls

Because Pokémon Legends: Arceus takes set in the distant past of the Pokémon universe, Poké Balls from previous games do not yet exist. As a result, Pokémon captured in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, Pokémon Sword, or Pokémon Shield will appear in Strange Balls when transferred to Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Similarly, Pokémon captured in Pokémon Legends: Arceus will appear in Strange Balls if transferred to Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl. They will, however, appear in ordinary Poké Balls when transferred to Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl are linked.

If a Pokédex entry in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is missing, you will not be able to view it in Pokémon HOME.
