There’s about to be a new adventure! On November 4, the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model: Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Edition will be available at some stores. It will have artwork from the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games (sold separately).

On the glossy front of the white system’s dock, there are pictures of the Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon. On the back, there is a design that looks like a Poké Ball, which is an important part of the series. On the back of the system itself are pictures of Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, the first three Pokémon you can choose to be your first partners in the game, as well as pictures of symbols that players may recognize as they play through the games. The main colors of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet match the main colors of the Joy-Con controllers. The school emblems of Naranja Academy and Uva Academy, which appear in the games, are on the controllers.
The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model has a bright 7-inch OLED screen, a wide, adjustable stand, a dock with a wired LAN port (LAN cable sold separately), 64 GB of internal storage, some of which is reserved for the system, and better audio in both handheld and tabletop modes. The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model can be played in three ways: TV mode, which lets you play on a TV while the system is docked; handheld mode, which lets you play on the go with the Joy-Con controllers; and tabletop mode, which lets you play with other people while you’re on the go.
The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model: Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Edition will be sold in stores and online at the My Nintendo Store for $359.99. The latest chapters in the Pokémon series, Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, will be available for the Nintendo Switch family of systems on Nov. 18 for a suggested retail price of $59.99 each. You can pre-order them now at certain stores, the My Nintendo Store, and the Nintendo eShop. The Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Double Pack will be sold in a box or as a digital download for $119.99. It will include both Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, as well as extra in-game bonuses to help players on their way to becoming a Pokémon Trainer.
