The official Pokemon account tweeted that the first downloadable content pack for Pokemon Sword & Shield, which is titled Isle of Armor, will be arriving on June 17th.
This is the first part of the Expansion Pass which includes two downloadable content packs, The Isle of Amor and The Crown Tundra.
Now that the first piece of DLC has been given a firm release date, we shall now have to wait a little while longer for a date for The Crown Tundra, which is listed for this fall.
About the Isle of Armor
In The Isle of Armor expansion, you’ll head to The Isle of Armor, the stage of your new adventure in the Galar region. The Isle of Armor is a giant island full of environments not seen in Galar before—you’ll find wave-swept beaches, forests, bogs, caves, and sand dunes!
There are also plenty of Pokémon that make this island their home, living freely amid the lush natural surroundings.,There’s even a dojo here that specializes in some very particular training styles! You and your Pokémon will take up an apprenticeship under the master of this dojo and train hard to become even stronger.
Parts 1 and 2 of the Expansion Pass can be purchased together for £26.99 / $29.99 and are up for pre-purchase on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
