Pokemon HOME finally released, allowing players to store and transfer many Pokemon up from previous games of the franchise, many of which are currently not obtainable in Pokemon Sword And Shield.
Since then, dataminers have been looking through the code for any interesting new information, and have discovered that the TM/TR movelists for every Pokemon have been updated for the new games, even if they are not currently available in Pokemon Sword/Shield.
Personal tables from Pokemon HOME include TMs/TRs learned by all pokemon, so have a dump. Sadly, egg/level-up moves are scrubbed:

Many of these Pokemon have some cool new tools to play with, which we will likely get to see in action when they return in the Expansion Pass free updates.
What are TMs?
A Technical Machine, or TM for short, is an item that can be used to teach a Pokémon a move.
Silph Co. has distributed a pamphlet containing information on TMs and HMs, indicating they are, at least partially, developed or produced by the company.
What are TRs?
A Technical Record, or TR for short, is a type of item introduced in Generation VIII that can be used to teach a Pokémon a move. They are single-use items that are consumed after use, making them functionally similar to TMs prior to Generation V. However, TRs differ in one respect: once a TR is used to teach a Pokémon a move, that move is added to the Pokémon’s move pool which allows the move to be relearned at the Move Reminder for free.
In Pokémon Sword and Shield, TRs are exclusively found in the Wild Area, where they can be received as rewards for completing Max Raid Battles, or can be exchanged for watts with Watt Traders throughout the area.
