Pokemon movies, anime episodes, eSports content and so much more exist. In fact, there’s so much video content related to the franchise that The Pokemon Company created Pokemon TV.

Pokemon TV

Pokemon TV is an app that is now available for the Nintendo Switch. According to Nintendo, “Pokémon TV is a fun way to watch all sorts of great Pokémon programming!

Enjoy the adventures of Ash, Pikachu, and their friends, along with animated specials and highlights of Pokémon Championship tournaments”. The content will change “periodically”.

But that’s not all.

The app even includes a category that appeals to the franchise’s younger fans. Nintendo says on the app’s eShop listing page that “the Junior category includes videos to entertain younger Trainers. Kids can join in with sing-along songs, hear popular nursery rhymes, and more”.

Pokémon TV is a free video service provided by The Pokémon Company International that provides select episodes of the Pokémon anime to viewers. It was first accessible  in November 2010. It can be viewed through the internet with a web browser, by downloading the free “Pokémon TV” app on the App Store for iOS (with Chromecast support) and tvOS (Apple TV 4th generation), on Google Play for Android (with Chromecast support), on the Amazon Appstore for the Amazon Fire TV, on the Roku Channel Store for Roku devices, and now also on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
