A new update for Pokemon Unite has been issued by The Pokémon Company to coincide with the celebration of Pokemon Day.
Following up on the previous tease from a few days ago, the update brings Zacian into the game as a new All-Rounder Pokemon. This comes after the prior tease was released. Unlocking Zacian, along with other prizes, will be possible by achieving a certain level of success in Event Missions. The update also comes with all new insignia, holowear, and tweaks to the game’s balance.
Pokemon Day Update
- The Pokémon Zacian may now be obtained.
- You may get Zacian either completing a unique Event Mission or by paying with Gems in the Gem Shop. In addition to that, you may buy specialized Holowear to go along with it.
- The mode known as Boss Rush is now accessible via Quick Fight.
- There are new Event Missions available, and completing them will allow you to unlock Zacian, in addition to other goodies.
- New Emblems that may be obtained, showcasing not only the remaining Johto Pokémon but also Zacian.
- There are now two new Hold Items that may be purchased and used. These are known as the Rescue Hood and the Slick Spoon respectively. The item area of our website now has all of the relevant information.
- New Holowear added. There is a Special Style available for Zacian, and it costs 1,050 Gems. The animation for Movement may be accessed via this style. In addition to those two, there is the Pink Unite Style for Snorlax, the Red Unite Style for Charizard, the Red Unite Style for Duraludon, the Blue Unite Style for Gardevoir, and the Blue Unite Style for Eldegoss. All of them are priced at 350 Gems apiece and come with a special Pokémon Day 2023 T-shirt as a gift.
- A fix for the overall balance, which will affect numerous Pokémon, has also been released.
