About Q.U.B.E.

The game will contain updated aesthetics, some revamped and rewritten parts to all of the material that debuted in both the original release and 2014’s Q.U.B.E: Director’s Cut – which adds an entirely new tale by award-winning writer Rob Yescombe. There will also be extra material, such as a new chapter dubbed Sector 8 that adds 4-6 hours of gameplay after completing the main campaign.

Bonuses are also available to players. There will be developer commentary in which the team discusses how they created the game. In addition, the title will include pictures, concept art, fully playable soundtracks in the menus, and other mementos from the game’s development.

Dave Hall had this to say about the announcement:

“We created Q.U.B.E. 10th Anniversary from the ground up.” We didn’t simply want to add some nicer graphics to the game; we wanted to entirely reinvent Q.U.B.E.’s environment and provide fans, new and old, with a big aesthetic upgrade. We’ve also listened to the incredible input we’ve received over the previous ten years to correct some of the riddles we discovered didn’t function as well as creating a totally new chapter, Sector 8. We can’t wait to see what folks think.”

This summer, Q.U.B.E. 10th Anniversary will be released for Nintendo Switch.
