About Rakuen

Rakuen is an adventure game about a little boy living in a hospital. One day, the Boy begs his mother to take him to the mythical realm of his favorite storybook so he may make a request to the Guardian of the Forest. To get his dream, the Boy must complete a series of tasks centered on assisting his hospital neighbors by engaging with their alter-egos in the fantasy world…

A grumpy old guy who risks his life to protect a broken music box while whining that he never gets any visitors; a young lady in a coma whose husband hasn’t left her side in months; a tiny girl who regrets the loss of a buddy she never got to say goodbye to after becoming unwell… The Boy gradually realizes that his neighbors have secrets and battles that are inexplicably linked to the odd hospital.
