During the PAX West gaming fair, NIS America announced a release date for RPG Maker MV.
About RPG Maker MV
RPG Maker MV, where you can make your own RPG, will appear on 26 February. Players who have already played the original on the PC will be greatly surprised.
The developers promise twice as much content. That way you can develop even more creative levels. When you have created an RPG you can share it via the servers of RPG Maker. By means of an app in the eShop, others can play these games.
More games even without RPG Maker
Even Nintendo Switch owners without RPG Maker MV can play all created games. This makes the range of games in one go a lot bigger.
Although there is probably a lot of mess between all the homemade games, there will certainly be some gems in between. Whether or not to pay for the separate app has not yet been announced.
But there still is more
Simultaneously with the Nintendo Switch version, the game also ends on the Xbox One. Games made on the Xbox can also be played on the Nintendo Switch and vice versa. So there is a large audience that can play the RPG you have created!
