All the Half-hero genie fans will soon be able to own a timeless, perfected classic physically in their hands.
Limited Run Games have revealed that Wayforward’s Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse will be getting an exclusive Nintendo Switch physical release.
About Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse
Embark on a brand new adventure with Shantae, the hair-whipping belly dancing genie. When she loses her magic, Shantae must team up with her nemesis, the nefarious pirate Risky Boots in order to save Sequin Land from an evil curse. As a pirate, Shantae gains new weapons to advance her quest, slay monsters, battle epic bosses…and hopefully get her magic back in the bargain! But can she really trust her deadliest enemy?

About the physical release
The game will receive a collector’s edition bundle, which we should hear more about sometime next week. Pre-orders for the game will go live over here on 7 December 2018 (10 am ET / 7 am PT).

Well it will look nice next to our Day One Collector’s edition of Half-Genie Hero. For the people who have said this titles should not warrant a physical copy; have you ever even played it? It’s a classic for sure!
