Splatoon 3 – Artbook and soundtrack

An art book and soundtrack are going to be made available for Splatoon 3 in Japan.

More Splatoon 3 goodness

The art book will examine a variety of aspects, including weapons and gear, the single-player Hero Mode, Salmon Run, Tableturf Battle, and more. It will also explore the culture and stages that players come upon when exploring the Splatlands. Although the art book has only been confirmed for sale in Japan at this time, it is quite likely that a western release will take place at some point in the future — we will keep an eye out for developments about this matter.

Regarding the music, you may refer to this as “Splatune 3” as the official name for the soundtrack. The bundle contains four CDs, one for each of the songs included in the game and one for each of the songs that were played during the “Bankalive” event that took place at Nintendo Live 2022. There is also a booklet with Deep Cut’s Shiver, Frye, and Big Man on the front, along with a “essay” that reveals the band’s most closely guarded secrets. It goes without saying that this will only be available in Japanese.

The official art book for Splatoon 3 is scheduled to be released in Japan on March 31, 2023, followed by the soundtrack on April 26 of the same year.

About Splatoon 3

You have arrived in the Splatlands, a sun-baked desert populated by hardened warriors made up of Inklings and Octolings. The metropolis of Splatsville, also known as the city of chaos, is the pulsating center of this desolate wasteland.

Even in this barren setting, Turf War is king, and fierce conflicts are raging in new levels found in the wilds all around, such as the magnificent Scorch Gorge.

These warriors are equipped with dynamic new maneuvers that allow them to avoid assaults and cover more territory, as well as a new weapon in the style of a bow that can fling ink and new special weaponry, such as the Crab Tank, which can scuttling about.
