And just when you believed it was safe to leave the ocean… The Big Run is approaching! This new game event adds a fresh element to the Salmon Run game mode’s co-op survival action. The first Big Run will take place later this year when the Salmonids storm the Wahoo World stage. Stay Spla-tuned for additional information on how this event will affect Splatsville and how to be involved.

If you’re a Splatoon 3 fan, you should check out the new X Battles! To battle their way up the leaderboards in X Battles, players must first achieve an elite rating in Anarchy Battles and risk X Power. On December 1, X Battles will be released, along with three new weapons (a new Roller, Charger, and Shooter) and ten returning weapons from past Splatoon games, some with changed sets!

A handful of entertaining new levels are also being introduced. The new Brinewater Springs makes its “fresh” debut, and many seasoned Splatoon players may recall Flounder Heights from the original game.

Furthermore, stylish Inklings and Octolings understand that a new season implies a new catalog. “Chill Season 2022” introduces new apparel, personalized titles, victory emotes, stickers, and other items to let you show off your flair and stand out from the crowd. There will also be new gear and products in the stores!
