Version 2.1.1 patch notes

Expansion Pass Order Bonus Available

Players who purchase the Splatoon 3 Expansion Pass – Inkopolis & Side Order DLC will be eligible to gain a bonus that improves their performance in combat.

You have to first pay for and download the downloadable digital material before you can get the bonus that will help you in combat. The next step is to fire up the Splatoon 3 game, go to the terminal in the lobby, and choose the Get Stuff option.

Improvements Made to the Player Controls

Fixed an issue that might cause communication to be disrupted when using the Splattershot Jr. or the Custom Splattershot Jr. weaponry, even if such activities are normally able to be done without trouble.

There was a bug that caused the wrong amount of ink to be shown when a Slosher and a Tri-Slosher both attacked at the same time. This has been fixed.

There was a bug that caused there to be a delay in recovering from existing damage if you were within range of an attack from a Wave Breaker or Big Shot but avoided receiving damage by leaping or other methods. This delay might occur if you were within range of the assault.

Updates to the Multiplayer Mode

There was a bug that caused players who were between terrain and a Tacticooler to be able to clip within the terrain if the Tacticooler was set up in the corner of the terrain. This has been fixed.

Because to this adjustment, you will now be able to go through the Tacticooler while engaging in an action that causes you to move swiftly, such as completing a Dodge Roll while wielding a dualie weapon. This is the case even if you are in Inkling or Octoling form.

There was a bug in Brinewater Springs where players were able to climb onto rocks outside the level. This has been fixed.

Alternate Solutions

There was a bug that occurred while reviewing Tricolor Turf War bouts in which the cheers from Deep Cut would occasionally be for teams who were not participating in the battle. This has been fixed.

We were able to resolve a problem that arose while going through work situations in the Shoal. If the replay includes weapons that were identified with a question mark, it was possible that it would prevent the game from beginning and cause the screen to go black.

Note: Battle replays from Ver. 2.1.0 are compatible with this version. Not compatible with combat replays from version 2.0.1 or older versions.
