Square Enix responded to the popular criticism about the Chocobo GP reward level settings. Square Enix says they’ve been keeping an eye on things and have tweaked the reward level parameters to make Chocobo Racing GP mode more forgiving. As an apology for the issue, the firm has announced that all players would get 500 Mythril, the in-game money. Chocobo GP is currently available for Nintendo Switch as a free-to-play title or a purchaseable game.
Thank you for playing #ChocoboGP. We are sorry that players are currently unable to play the Chocobo GP mode to a satisfactory level, to apologise we have gifted everyone 500 Mythril free of charge.

Set off on a fantastical racing journey

As the game progresses, unlock additional playable characters and fascinating new courses, and accomplish bonus goals to get even more goods!
A captivating competition
Drift your way across a variety of racetracks inspired by locations from the Chocobo and FINAL FANTASY series, including the Gold Saucer from FINAL FANTASY VII and Alexandria from FINAL FANTASY IX.
You’ll be able to cast strong spells to confuse your opponents if you gather Magicite throughout the race. Fireballs may be used to toast them, whirlwinds can halt them in their tracks, or you can leave a path of watery dangers in your wake. Stacking the same Magicite will increase the potency of your spells, so use them wisely to win!
