Nintendo added another set of previously limited spirits to Super Smash Bros Ultimate. The Metroid Dread spirits will be permanently available via the Spirit Board or Store. These spirit previously appeared in a limited spirit event held around the time of the Metroid Dread‘s release.

The spirits first appeared in October of 2021
Have you missed out on the limited-edition Smash Ultimate Metroid spirits? Nintendo, on the other hand, has brought them back! Permanently! You can have them right now.
The three spirits were previously only available as part of a limited-time October 2021 event dubbed “Spirits of Dread,” but the Super Smash Bros. Twitter account announced this week that they are now intrinsically part of the main game. Samus, E.M.M.I., and Chozo Soldier were among the spirits present.
As a reminder, DLC support for Smash Ultimate has officially ended with the release of the Sora patch. Unless something weird occurs and another Fighter’s Pass is revealed, the ball is in the community’s court from here on out. Or, of course, a new Smash game will be released. Sakurai, I hope you get some rest first!
The “Dearly Beloved -Swing Version-” song is one of the final items you may unlock in Smash after this collection of spirits using a Melody of Memory save file.
