About Tactical Ogre: Reborn

Based on the 2010 release, the game has updated graphics and sound, as well as a new game design, making it a new Tactics Ogre that stays true to its roots. Players who have played Tactics Ogre before will find that this game is even better than their best memories, and those who have never played it before will find that it is unlike any other game they have ever played. The game is back and better than ever, so players can get deeper into the world and mysteries of Tactics Ogre than ever before.

Features of Tactical Ogre: Reborn:

  • A tactical role-playing game about the battle for control of the Valerian Isles.
  • The way the story goes and even how it ends depends on the choices you make. The game system allows for different ways to play the game and different endings. The main character of the story is a young man named Denam. The choices he makes will affect the lives of the people around him and change Valeria’s history.
  • Fight pitched tactical battles on battlefields that are three dimensional. The AI has been completely redone, so enemies can now change their strategies depending on what’s going on. This makes for a battle system that always keeps you thinking and never gets old.
  • In Tactics Ogre (2010), the class-wide level system has been changed to a unit-by-unit level system. You can combine classes, items, skills, and magic in an almost infinite number of ways.
  • Enjoy a lot of changes that make the game easier to play, like faster battles, auto-saving, and a complete overhaul of the controls and user interface.
  • The characters and backgrounds from the original Tactics Ogre (1995) have been recreated in high definition, while the detailed pixel art that gives the game its unique feel has been kept and improved.
  • All of the music has been re-recorded with live performances, and all of the cutscenes have English and Japanese voices. The voices give this epic story’s characters and their shifting political alliances and complicated reasons for doing what they do new life.
  • When you get far enough in the game, you’ll be able to use the World Tarot, which lets you go back in time without losing the power of your forces. This is a very useful feature in a game where your choices have such a big effect on how the story goes. Now you can find out what would have happened if you had made a different choice.
  • You can go back in the story, but you can also use the Chariot Tarot to go back up to a certain number of moves in battle. In a tactical battle game where one mistake can make the difference between winning and losing, you don’t have to worry about getting stuck.
  • Enjoy a lot of content at the end of the game, like the Palace of the Dead at level 100. There is a world full of stories and mysteries.

On Nintendo Switch, you can buy Tactics Ogre: Reborn both in at retail and online.
