Tetris 99 will play host to the next round of Nintendo’s Maximus Cup tournament.
Kirby’s Dream Buffet Theme
The 31st Tetris 99 MAXIMUS CUP event begins at 11 p.m. Pacific Time on December 15 and goes through 10:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 19. To take part in the event, you will need to be a member of Nintendo Switch Online and engage in online gameplay of the Tetris 99 mode during the designated time period. Your performance in each match will determine how many event points you get. When you have amassed a total of one hundred event points, a new theme will become available to you. This new theme will have artwork, music, and Tetrimino designs that are inspired by the Kirby’s Dream Buffet video game.
Access to online features requires both a Nintendo Account and a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online, which may be purchased separately. Users who do not have a subscription may make purchases inside the game if they want to acquire more content. Not all nations make this product accessible. Access to the internet is necessary for the online functions.
