Nintendo put out a new update for Tetris 99 on Nintendo Switch, adding a very useful feature for new players. The update allows players to purchase event themes they may have missed by using in-game tickets, which are earned by completing daily missions.
That being said, only the first ten event themes that were released for Tetris 99 are available for purchase at the moment at 30 tickets each.

- You can now exchange some of your previously downloaded event themes (Special Themes) for game tickets using the Customize menu. Each event theme is worth 30 tickets.

- The gameplay has been improved by addressing a few additional bugs.
- Compatible with Ver. 2.1.0 via Local Network (Local Arena). Not compatible with Ver 2.0.0 or earlier via Local Network. Please check each system’s update data version.
