Tetris Effect: Connected on Nintendo Switch will be released physically by Limited Run Games in collaboration with Enhance Games.
The game first appeared on the Nintendo Switch in October of last year. It will be available in a boxed style for the first time on the PlayStation.

- Cross-Platform Multiplayer is included! With the new Room ID functionality, players from various platforms may effortlessly join Friend Match rooms.
- In Friend Matches, Spectator Mode is accessible. A room may hold up to 8 people in total.
- Includes the “Zone” mechanism, which allows players to pause time (and Tetriminos falling) by entering “the Zone” and either get out of a tight scenario that would otherwise result in “Game Over,” or rack up additional line clears for added prizes.
- The time-stopping Zone mechanism made popular in Tetris Effect is used in the multiplayer option “Zone Battle,” which shakes up typical 1-on-1 Tetris action.
- A “Connected” co-op option in which up to three players may physically join their Tetris playfields and play as one.
- There are over 30 distinct levels, each with its own music, sound effects, graphical style, and backdrop, all of which grow and change as you play through them.
- Unranked and ranked play, matchmaking, and player advancement for unlocked avatars are all available.
Tetris Effect: Connected for Nintendo Switch will be available in physical form on June 17, 2022.
