Paul Raschid wrote and directed The Gallery, a blend of hostage thriller and social drama with a touch of global film festival movie flair. The cast includes George Blagden (Louis XIV in Versailles and Athelstan in Vikings) and Anna Popplewell (Susan Pevensie in Disney’s Narnia series).

About The Gallery

The game, which was shot over a 6-week period in February and March 2021, immerses spectators in an interactive experience set in two time periods – 1981 and 2021 – where players will encounter over 150 option pathways and 18 alternative endings as they traverse a plot full of mystery and intrigue.

Stornaway.io provides the interactive authoring for The Gallery. Edgeloop Ltd was in charge of developing the Unity gaming engine.

The movie was created “to captivate both gamers and interactive film enthusiasts with its combination of stunning images illustrating the games’ two time periods – 1981 and 2021, both of which are of significant political, social, and cultural importance in UK history,” according to the description.

The Gallery for Nintendo Switch will be available on August 1, 2022. It was originally scheduled for April of this year.
