About The Lord of the Rings: Gollum

Nimble and nimble-footed, as well as devious and crafty. Gollum, who is one of the most interesting characters in the universe of The Lord of the RingsTM, is motivated by the want to regain the ability to grasp in his hands what he had previously lost.

He has seen things that others cannot ever fathom, and he has been through experiences that others would not even dare to bring up. As a result of his divided nature, he may be cruel and nefarious like Gollum, yet kind and cautious like Sméagol.

While it is essential to the narrative that J.R.R. Tolkien created, many aspects of Gollum’s journey have not yet been described in depth. You will get the opportunity to live through this narrative in The Lord of the Rings: Gollum. From his position as a slave underneath the Black Tower to his time spent with the Elves of Mirkwood, it was a long and difficult journey for him.

Make use of your stealth, agility, and cunning in order to survive and prevail over what is up ahead. Use your climbing, jumping, and grappling skills to get around potential hazards and into more favorable positions.

Gollum may not be a warrior, but it would not be out of character for him to eliminate a reckless foe when the opportunity arises — either by killing them directly or by getting rid of them in a more inventive and nefarious method.

The choices you make and the method you play have a direct impact on the manner in which Gollum behaves: Constantly torn between the two poles represented by Gollum and Smeagol, it is up to you to determine whether the more sinister side of Gollum triumphs or if there is still a glimmer of reason in what was once Smeagol. One mind, two personalities – you decide!

Later in 2023, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be available on the Nintendo Switch.
