The Pathless was just released for the Nintendo Switch on the eShop, and it has now been revealed that a physical copy of the game will be released in the near future. This comes to us courtesy of iam8bit and our distribution partner Skybound Games, as well as our friends at Annapurna Interactive and Giant Squid Studios, the game’s publisher and developer, respectively.
Physical release
The iam8bit Exclusive Edition will come with a plethora of additional goodies, such as a reversible cover sheet, a set of six exclusive art cards, and a giant foldout poster featuring Hunter and The Eagle in a mystical landscape that has been displaced by the curse of a great darkness. All of these extras can be found in the iam8bit Exclusive Edition. Those who are seeking for a pleasant extra with their physical games will be pleased to know that the retail version of the game is packaged with a collection of six art cards in addition to the disc. Elaine Lee, who is a recipient of an Emmy Award, created all of the cover art.
