The interesting game Toy Soldiers, which was first released on Xbox Live Arcade back in the days of the Xbox 360, has been delayed again on the Nintendo Switch.
Accelerate Games says that the single-player mode of the game has passed strict quality assurance tests, but that the multiplayer mode doesn’t work right on retail Nintendo Switch units. They have said that they are working with other companies to fix the problem, and once it is, Toy Soldiers will be available for everyone to play.

“We’re sorry to say that Toy Soldiers HD for Nintendo Switch will have to wait a little longer. Even though we passed a lot of quality assurance tests, it was found that when the game is in multiplayer mode, the software doesn’t work right with the consumer version of the console.
Together with our partners, we are working quickly to put a solution into place. We all want you to be able to play the full version of Toy Soldiers HD. We want you to try out the game’s hybrid FPS/tower defense gameplay, whether you play it alone or with other people. Before the first wave of attackers comes, look over the battlefield and carefully place your units. Then, jump right into the action and control machine guns, artillery, mortars, flamethrowers, and more.
