Toy Soldiers HD is now available for purchase on Nintendo Switch, more than two years after the game was first announced and after a number of setbacks along the way. This was not at all what was intended, and it even seems to have caught the developer, Accelerate Games, off guard.
When we were last updated on the status of the Nintendo Switch version, we learned that its release had been postponed indefinitely. Accelerate Games brought attention to a problem in which “the game’s software is not interacting correctly with the consumer version of the console while in multiplayer mode.” It is presumed that this issue has been resolved at this point.
