Square Enix announced that two games featuring the iconic Lara Croft will be released next year on the Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately these aren’t new games starring everyones favourite adventurer, but they are solid games.
The first game is Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light which was released in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and the second is Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris which came out in 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Both of these games will be available for Switch owners in 2022.
Tomb Raider is coming
A collaboration between Crystal Dynamics and Feral Interactive will bring Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris to Nintendo Switch in 2022, the debut of the Tomb Raider franchise on the console.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris are arcade-inspired action-adventure games that combine the hallmarks of Tomb Raider, including exploration and discovery, platforming, and puzzle solving, with co-operative multiplayer, character progression and fun fast-paced combat.
Nice to see this happen but hoping for the recent Tomb Raiders to appear, without them being cloud version, might just be something to much to expect happening.
